Biography
After several years in the Army Corps of Engineers and several other engineering positions, Jack Talbott founded his own consulting engineering firm which has been highly successful and in business for 40 years.
He has received many awards, including the Engineering Excellence Honor Award from the US Consulting Engineers Council, the Centennial Medallion from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, recognition as "Engineer of the Year" by the Professional Engineers of Oregon, and the Andrew H. Payne Jr. Special Achievement Award from the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, of which he is a Fellow.
